Newly released photos from the Princess Kate‘s charity hike show her being greeted at the end by her proud family, including daughter Princess Charlotte.
Kate, 44, took on the grueling Three Peaks Challenge in 24 hours, beginning on then evening of June 27 and finishing the following day.
She was climbing the highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales to raise money for a cancer charity and “explore life beyond diagnosis”.
The images of Kate shared via Instagram show her being met at the base of Mount Snowdon by Prince William and enjoying a reunion with her children – Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8.
The future queen was also shown hugging her husband in one photo. Another showed her with an arm around George and Charlotte while holding Louis’ hand.
The group posed for group photos with her parents, Carole and Michael Middleton. Brother James Middleton was also in the final shot and hiked alongside her on the challenge.
