‘The View’ Star Sara Haines Welcomes a Baby Girl — Find out Her Sweet Name!
Congratulations are in order for Sara Haines — she's officially a mom-of-two! The View star welcomed her second child, a baby girl, on Saturday, Dec. 23 in NYC, her rep has confirmed to People. Sara, 40, later revealed her daughter's name is Sandra Grace Shifrin in a sweet Instagram post. "She's here! Today we met our little Christmas package — Sandra Grace Shifrin (named after my mom). She weighed in at a cool 7 pounds, 2 ounces. We can't decide who she looks like, but we'll keep her anyway," she wrote. How cute!
Sara and her husband, Max Shifrin, are already parents to a 21-month-old son, Alec Richard Shifrin, who was born in March 2016. Sara and Max previously tied the knot in the Bahamas in November 2014. Following Sandra's birth, Max also took to Instagram to share a few photos and sweet words about his newborn daughter. "Presenting Sandra Grace Shifrin. Came out without a hitch at 3:23 this morning thanks to Mama’s hard work. Merry Christmas all!" he wrote.

In the days since she welcomed Sandra, Sara has posted more adorable photos of herself with her little peanut online. On Wednesday, Jan. 3, she shared a pic of herself cuddling her bundle of joy with the caption, "Mama is about to pass out, but #SandraGrace seems to be enjoying every minute. #MustSleep." Many The View fans couldn't help but share their excitement over Sandra's birth in the comments. "Congratulations! Sandra Grace is absolutely adorable! God Bless," one person wrote with another similarly adding, "OMG she already looks just like you!"
Sara previously announced her second pregnancy in June 2017. "We are so excited to add to our little family," she told People at the time. "I was hoping for a girl, but Max is a little scared, I think. He’s feeling a bit nervous about how to parent as a father to a little girl. Max has been surrounded by mostly male relatives. He has a brother, all male cousins and only nephews." Congratulations again to Sara, Max, and Alec on their beautiful new addition, baby Sandra!
