Eve and Husband Maximillion Have the ‘Realest’ Bond! Meet the ‘Talk’ Alum’s Businessman Beau
He completes her! In 2014, Eve got married to producer Maximillion Cooper, and according to Celebrity Net Worth, he’s valued at $60 million. However, that’s certainly not the reason the “Tambourine” rapper married her businessman beau. They tied the knot because Maximillion stole her heart and Eve never wanted it back.
“We respect each other, we are the realest. It’s the realest relationship I’ve ever had. He’s my homie. All those sound like clichés, but really, it’s working,” Eve gushed to People about married life with Max in 2016. “It’s good! It’s really good.”
Though they’ve been enjoying their wedded bliss for years now, the next stop for the couple is having babies. “We can’t wait to have kids of our own,” Eve dished, adding they think about expanding their family “all the time!”
The “Gangsta Lovin'” artist revealed they were more ready than ever to become a mom and dad together when she announced her exit from The Talk in November 2020. Eve said she was saying goodbye to the CBS program, which she first joined in 2018, to “concentrate” on starting a family with the British businessman.
“It’s been a crazy year, obviously for all of us. And I’m so grateful that I’m able to stay here in London and do the show, but I can’t see for me, the foreseeable future of traveling back at the moment,” she explained to former cohosts Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood and Carrie Ann Inaba. “[I] have decided that at the end of December, this will probably be my last time on the show, in this capacity as a host.”
The Barbershop actress noted the coronavirus pandemic was “another reason” why she decided to part ways with the Emmy Award-winning series. Eve was remotely hosting The Talk from her U.K. home while her costars filmed from the studio in Los Angeles.
“Obviously, staying home has been such a blessing because my husband and I got to know each other in a different way, a beautiful way,” she said of her time in lockdown and how it influenced her choice. “So I want to be closer to him. I want to concentrate on expanding our family, being with my family.”
