Well, this is going to be fun! Cameron Diaz has reportedly been appointed the role of designated party planner for Gwyneth Paltrow’s upcoming bachelorette party. According to Page Six, the former actress is flying 12 of the bride-to-be’s A-list pals to Mexico for the weekend. But with just 12 seats available on the private jet, the star-studded party will boast an exclusive guest list. If reports prove correct, Gwyn’s close friends Stella McCartney, Drew Barrymore, Kate Hudson, and Reese Witherspoon are busy packing their suitcases for the upcoming bash.
Ever since Gwyneth announced her engagement to Brad Falchuk three months ago, the soon-to-be newlyweds have kept their plans for the big day under wraps. But after eloping with former husband Chris Martin back in 2003, the 45-year-old allegedly cannot wait to head down the aisle this time around.
Gwyneth recently told People, “I’m so excited about everything. I’ve never had a wedding before, so even though I’m 45, I sort of feel like a 21-year-old. It’s kind of fun to talk about with my girlfriends. They send me pictures of dresses — they’re as excited about it as I am.” Three months ago, the couple announced their engagement news in the most Gwyneth way possible on the cover of the “Sex and Love” issue of Goop magazine.
