Working as a team! Kate Hudson may be involved in a coparenting situation with her two exes, but that doesn’t mean it is difficult, as an insider reveals that it has been a success.

The 40-year-old actress shares son Ryder, 15, with former The Black Crowes lead singer Chris Robinson, 52, and son Bingham, 7, with Muse lead singer Matt Bellamy, also 40. An insider tells Us Weekly the Almost Famous star “sees Matt a lot with Bing, who also has a separate time with his dad.” The source adds, “Chris lives in northern California but comes down to visit because Kate supports Ryder having a positive relationship with his dad.”

Kate is a mother-of-three, as she also has a daughter named Rani Rose, 6 months, who she shares with boyfriend Danny Fujikawa. The insider tells the outlet, “Having a newborn and going through the baby stage has definitely been a shock after such a long break, but Kate’s been loving this experience and getting to share it with Danny. He’s extremely hands-on, so it’s been a dream.”

According to the source, Kate happens to have her brother, Oliver Hudson, nearby and he’s been a big help. “She doesn’t have all three kids at once because the boys spend a lot of time” at the Splitting Up Together star’s home the insider reveals. Kate may have a lot on her plate with her a career, a clothing line and a job as a Weight Watchers ambassador, but she of course takes it all on.

“She has mom guilt sometimes, just like anyone else,” the insider says. “But [her sons are] happy and surrounded by love and a big family. That’s what’s most important to her.” Goldie Hawn‘s daughter recently spoke out on coparenting. In an interview on “Divorce Sucks! with Laura Wasser,” she said her  situation is going “quite amazing,” and that it is all about “communication.”

“When you get divorced, you’re still in a relationship,” Kate says in the podcast. “It’s just a different kind of relationship. You’re going to have good days, you’re going to have bad days, you’re going to have good weeks, bad weeks.”

We’re happy to hear all is going well. Keep it up!
