Malin Akerman Ties The Knot With Fiancé Jack Donnelly During Romantic Beach Ceremony

Actress Malin Ackerman is a newly married woman, and we wonder if she had to try on 27 Dresses before she found the one! The Billions star tied the knot with her British actor fiancé, Jack Donnelly, in Tulum, Mexico on Dec. 1, a source told E! News.

Malin reportedly wore a blush pink Cushnie dress with a generous slit for the beach nuptials, while Jack sported a grey dress shirt with blue dress pants and a matching vest. The couple said their “I do’s” during a romantic beach ceremony surrounded by their friends, family, and her five-year-old son, Sebastian, whom she shares with ex-hubby Roberto Zincone.

“They were both barefoot and the waves came up on the shore and got their feet wet throughout the ceremony,” the insider revealed. “It was a brief but beautiful ceremony. The waves were crashing and it was a perfect day.”

Malin and Jack sparked dating rumors when the couple was spotted smooching in Puerto Rico last March. The acting duo seemed happy then, but are apparently “ecstatic and blissful” now that they’ve made it official.

“Malin jumped into Jack’s arms and didn’t want to come down,” the eyewitness dished. “Her son Sebastian was there and they each held hands with him and swung him up and down. He was very joyful and laughing throughout. After the ceremony, they took a walk on the beach alone. It was very romantic and they didn’t stop kissing and hugging. They seemed so excited to be married.”

This wedding rendezvous comes as no surprise to fans, as the 40-year-old announced her engagement to her “sweet and loving man” last October.

In her Instagram post, the Rampage actress confessed that her 32-year-old beau “stepped into our lives and stop both our heart,” referring to her and Sebastian. “I think we’re gonna keep him around for a while.”

Perhaps Malin knew Jack was the one by her son’s reaction to the exciting news. “You try to explain to a four-and-a-half-year-old that you’re getting married and what an engagement is, and he jumped up on the couch and went, ‘Yay, we’re getting married!'” she gushed to Live! With Kelly and Ryan at the time. “He was brilliant with my son and that was it, and my heart melted.” So cute!
