Taye Diggs & Idina Menzel Split

One of Broadway's favorite couples have called it quits. Taye Diggs and Idina Menzel, who starred in the original production of "RENT" together in the mid-90s, have split after 10 years of marriage. The couple has one son, Walker, born in 2009.
When Closer caught up with Diggs at a Men's Health event in October, the actor acknowledged that marriage isn't easy.
"It's work," he told Closer. "Relationships take work, you know. We're still working at it."
Diggs just finished promoting his latest film "The Best Man Holiday," and Menzel is busy promoting her animated flick "Frozen." Both currently reside in New York.
