‘General Hospital’ Fans Lose Another Favorite as Paige Herschell’s Jacinda Skips Town
Paige Herschell exits ‘General Hospital’ as Jacinda Bracken after Michael Corinthos ends their romance and sends her away from Port Charles following a shocking drugging scandal.
General Hospital’s Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) suffered another loss in his life when he broke things off with Jacinda Bracken and gave her enough cash to start a new life far, far away from Port Charles. And with that, Paige Herschell exits the soap after debuting in the spring of last year.

When Herschell’s Jacinda first made her big splash on the Port Charles scene in 2025, it was only supposed to be for a handful of episodes. The high-priced escort who ran some of her business out of the Metro Court hotel was hired by Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Portia (Brook Kerr) to drug Congressman Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) with ketamine and get him to make a public display for the cameras to catch.
Drew did just that at The Savoy, where he did body shots off Jacinda at the bar. Jacinda then high-tailed it out of town with the money Portia and Nina gave her. Months later, Jacinda ran out of money and returned. That’s when she met and fell for Michael, who got her a job as Nina’s assistant and made her his fake girlfriend before their romance became real.
Unfortunately, when Michael’s vindictive ex-wife, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), handed Jacinda a restraining order to stay away from her kids, Jacinda snapped and did to Congresswoman Willow what she had done to Willow’s estranged husband last year — she drugged her.
Knowing Willow would automatically assume that Michael put her up to it and demand full custody of her kids, Michael told Jacinda she had to leave town. Michael and Jacinda said a tearful goodbye.
After her initial run on GH ended last year, Herschell told Soap Opera Digest that she hadn’t realized how fun a soap could be.
“I thought, ‘Okay, well that’s that!'” Herschell said. “But I had so much fun with everybody that I was just left feeling like, ‘Oh … that’s all? I want more!’ I was very happy to get the call to come back.”
Could Herschell get that call again? With Jacinda only leaving town while still on good terms with Michael, it’s always a possibility somewhere down the line.
“Can only hope that one day (hopefully in the not too distant future) Jacinda will return. Paige Herschell, you will be missed very much,” one fan said on X, summing up the feelings of many.
