Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Share Rare Photo of Kids Archie and Lilibet in New Holiday Card

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are ready to spend the holidays making memories with their kids, Archie and Lilibet! The children were seen in a rare photo featured in the family’s festive Christmas card this year.

On Monday, December 16, Harry, 40, and Meghan, 43, released their holiday card, which featured several snapshots of many public appearances they have done this year. In one of the photos on the card, Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3, could be seen running into their parents’ arms.

Several adorable dogs were also featured in the photo as the family looked happier than ever. Harry had a huge smile on this face while holding his arms out in front of him as his daughter approached. Meghan stood next to him extending an arm out to Archie in the beautiful outdoor setting.

Both of their children noticeably have inherited Harry’s famous red hair. Harry and Meghan very rarely share photos of Archie and Lilibet with the public.

“On behalf of the office of Prince Harry & Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Archewell Productions and Archewell Foundation, we wish you a very happy holiday season and a joyful new year,” the message on the card said.

Other photos featured on the card were taken during the couple’s trips to Nigeria and Colombia earlier this year.

Last month, Meghan opened up about the family’s Thanksgiving plans ahead of the holiday.

“We’re always making sure we have something fun to do,” the Duchess of Sussex told Marie Claire in an interview published on November 22. “Like any other family you spend time having a great meal and then what do you do? Play games, all the same stuff, someone brings a guitar — fun.”

“Every single holiday is a new adventure,” the mom of two said, saying that the holidays bring about “magic” and she enjoys “great recipes that they end up connecting to a formative memory.” Meghan also mentioned putting “carrots for the reindeer” as one of her Christmas traditions with the kids.

The Suits alum said that she “loves the holidays” and that “every year gets better” with her kids as they get older.

“At first, I think as a mom with children you’re just enjoying having them there, but they’re not understanding everything that’s happening yet,” she said. “But now we’re at the age where I just can’t wait to see it through their lens every year.”

Currently, the family of four lives in a beautiful home in Montecito, California. Earlier this month, Harry opened up about his life with his family in their estate in the U.S.

“I very much enjoy living here and bringing up my kids here,” the Spare author said at the New York Times DealBook Summit on December 4. “It’s a part of my life that I never thought that I was gonna live.”

“To be able to do the things I’m able to do with my kids that I undoubtedly wouldn’t be able to do in the U.K., it’s huge,” he added. “I’m hugely grateful for that.”
